Christmas Cut Off Dates.
Here is a list of the royal mail official cut off dates for 2015 to make sure all our teddys arrive for christmas. Unfortunatly we do not offer a same day delivery service.

What are your delivery charges?
Standard post within the UK (first class post) and Ireland (Airmail) is FREE
Special Delivery™ within the UK is available for £6.49
Saturday Special Delivery™ within the UK is available for £8.99
Airmail post is available to Europe at a cost of £2.99 and Worldwide for £3.99
Airsure® / International Signed For is available at a cost of £8.49 to Europe and £9.49 Worldwide

When will you dispatch my Teddy Delivery?
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 4pm (UK Standard Time) the same working day or a future date of your choice. Orders received after 4pm may be dispatched the next working day. We do try our best to dispatch everything the same day; we just unable to guarantee it after 4pm. If you need a bear to be sent the same day and have missed the cut off please call us and we'll do our best to help. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. However if you would like you Teddy Delivery dispatched on a Saturday, place the order before Thursday 4pm and special arrangements are made to ensure this happens. Unfortunatly we do not do same day delivery.
I would like to order now but I would like a future posting date. Is this ok?
Many of our Teddy Delivery gifts have a future posting date especially around Valentines and Christmas. When entering your details you will be asked to select a posting date - this can be any date in the future. (Please consider bank holidays and non-working days when placing orders with a future posting date together with the Delivery Details)
When will my Teddy Delivery arrive?
All of our orders are sent use a variety of Royal Mail services. Full details of delivery estimates can be found in our Delivery Details , however in summary:
Royal Mail state 94% of first class letters arrive the next day, 99% of Special Delivery mail is delivered the next day (or within guaranteed timescale which is slightly longer to some areas - see Delivery Details) and 95% of international post arrives within 3-7 working days.
Post can be delayed if the address and postcode are incomplete or inaccurate. Please ensure these details are correct before entering them (www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/postcodefinder). Please note we cannot guarantee a delivery date, only that we will dispatch as detailed above. We do not encouter many issues but please be aware the Royal Mail do not look into missing post until 15 working days for UK mail and 25 working International mail as post may be delivered up to this point. Saturdays are excluded from Royal Mail statistics and a Sunday service is not provided. The Royal Mail Saturday service is often reduced compared to the Monday to Friday Service.
Do you deliver to all countries?
We deliver to all countries with the exception of the USA (due to insurance and regulatory requirements). We apologise for any inconvenience. However we do have a Teddy Delivery franchise within the USA who dispatches to all 50 States. www.teddydelivery.net
How will I know my Teddy has been dispatched?
Your Teddy Delivery will be dispatched on the date requested without exception and because of this we don't send a dispatch email. If you would like confirmation please just let us know and we will gladly do this for you.
How will I know my Teddy has been delivered?
Not all posting methods allowing a tracking facility (please see Delivery Details for details). If you select a non-tracking method then you will know your gift has been delivered when you get a happy phone call from your friends or family. If you wish to track your delivery and have selected a delivery method which allows this please don't hesitate to ask and we will provide tracking references.
I want my Teddy Delivery to be Anomynous, is this possible?
Anomynous Teddy Deliveries are very popular especially at Valentines Day. We don't include any details about the sender or cost of gifts with your Teddy and the only way your friend/family will know who has sent their Teddy Delivery is if you include your name within the message. If we are contacted by the receiver of a Teddy Delivery requesting to know the sender, we will contact you. If you do not give your permission we will not disclose your details (see Privacy Statement)
Do you sell bigger bears?
Yes we do, our range of teddies are approx 8cm-22cm in height so there is something for everyone.
How will my Teddy Delivery be packaged?
Every Teddy Delivery you order from us www.teddydelivery.co.uk will be delightfully wrapped with a touch of love and a lot of care each and every time.
Your chosen teddy bears, accessories and gifts are hand packed along with your personal message into one of our attractive Teddy Delivery boxes lined with deep burgandy silk tissue paper. There are different sizes of box depending on your chosen Teddy Delivery, accessories and gifts.
Our boxes will keep your Teddy Delivery safe on its journey but are also a wonderful home for your Teddy when he's not on display. All sizes of box are specially designed to fit through standard letter boxes, are recycleable if you do not wish to keep and made in such a way that additional packaging is not required to send your teddy (Teddy Delivery - loving the environment whenever we can).

Is A Gift Wrapping Service Available?
Yes we offer a gift wrapping service with metallic silver gift wrap at a charge of £2. Gift wrap is not yet intergrated as a separate service on the website however it is listed within best sellers in the gift step.
What if my Teddy Delivery Doesn't Arrive on the Day I Would Like?
We know how special every Teddy Delivery is and will do everything we can to help you should your Teddy Delivery not arrive when you hoped. If your Teddy hasn't arrived within 4 working days of the posting date within the UK or 15 working days in the cases of international mail, please call or email us. The Royal Mail guidelines for resolving such queries state that they will start investigations 15 working days after the posting date for UK missing mail and 25 days after the posting date for missing International mail. Although we may have to work within these guidelines we will endeavour to work with you and them to reduce any disappointment caused by non-delivery. (Teddy Delivery are not obliged to offer any compensation).
We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery by Royal Mail outside of our control including industrial action or weather and subsequent disruption to the service. We endeavor to keep our customers informed so that they are aware of the situation and know when to expect possible delays.
What will I get when I subscribe to your newsletter?
When you subscribe to our newsletter you will receive a regular email which updates you about teddy delivery and will contain details of any discounts, special offers, new products and reminders of forthcoming special dates. On all newsletters is the option to unsubscribe. Join our newsletter
Do you offer a corporate gift service?
Yes! Teddy Delivery is designed around deliverying a special message in a unique way to bring a smile which of cause creates and unforgettable memory. Whether you’d like to say a big thank you to a employee, you want to let loyal customers know you care, or you are working on brand awareness we can help you find the Teddy Delivery. There is no minimum order and we can come up with a range of ideas on request, including branded gift cards and introducing your product (if applicable) for our Teddies to Deliver.

Do you offer a Wedding Favour service?
Teddy Delivery offers a special wedding service which combines wedding favours, place cards and place card holders. The concept of Teddy Delivery, where a messenger in the form of an attractive teddy bear delivers a message to an acquaintance, friend or loved one fits very nicely into a wedding day. The teddy bear favour holding a place name provides your guests with a wonderful gift accompanied with a message from the bride and groom. Do you offer a discount for large orders?
We have a range of discounts and promotions which can be used on regular orders, however if you would like to place an order for 20 or more Teddy Deliveries please contact us for the most current bulk order discounts.
Is it safe to shop on the internet?
When shopping with any online store, the security of your personal and payment data is of the utmost importance. With Teddy Delivery you can feel safe in the knowledge that everything is done to protect your details. Personal data is stored in our customer register and used only for the purposes you permit. Data is not sold and third parties do not have access to it. We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and are registered on the Data Protection Register (No Z9729038). Credit card details are not seen by Teddy Delivery. Instead you will be transferred to our secure payment provider Sagepay who are one of the UK's leading e-commerce companies, Paypal or Google Checkout.
